Job Responsibilities
Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients.
Negotiating with contractors and other professionals.
Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists.
Making site visits to check on progress.
Dealing with problems that might come up during building.

Experience Requirements
At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements
Age at least 25 years
Experience to handle all kind of Architectural projects.
Must know FAR calculation and related RAJUK rules.
Should have experience in Auto CAD 2D & 3D, Sketch up, Corel Draw.
Experience of Revit, 3D Studio Max, and Photoshop should be an added advantage.
Must be creative and sound knowledge in modern architectural design.
Ability to prepare presentation of the working detail of Interior & Exterior design
Candidate should be friendly as well as have good personality and interpersonal skills.
Candidate should be energetic, well disciplined, & able to work under pressure with positive approach.
