Application of Permanent Magnetic Synchronism Technology:

Permanent Magnetic Synchronous Door Operator

The permanent magnetic synchronous door operator adopts 32-bit microcomputer 3 closed-loop server control, which has enhanced precision.
When driving the hall door of different weight or the hall door meet different resistance, the controller still runs at the same speed curve to open and close the door, more steady and smoother.
An integration control system with 32-bit microcomputer is used for Green Max elevator with mini machine room, in which the dragging control system and logic control system are reasonably combined so that wiring in the control cabinet is minimized and the anti-interference capability and EMC capability of the electrical control system are effectively enhanced.

Intelligent Network

CAN bus serial communication technology simplifies signal conveying mode and intelligent network has the function of self-study, self-diagnosis, failure record and wireless monitoring and complete trouble prompting and troubleshooting system to accurately reflect fault point of the elevator.

Configuration of Light Screen

Light beam screen is fully enabled. High-sensitivity light beam screen system con accurately detect the status of the people and barriers passing the landing door one feedback signals immediately to the control system, which handles sate operation and prevents the passenger from being clamped and any circumstance that may affect the safe running of the elevator from taking place.
